Fabulous little cafe on the coast. Staff very friendly and attentive. Very dog friendly which is great. Smashing cup of cappuccino (Brazilian 200 degrees), so good I had a second. We've been for breakfast a couple of times and the breakfast muffins are excellent, generous streaky bacon and crispy hash brown. A nice selection of treats to go with a cuppa too, cakes tasty with good variety. Parking limited to 4 (2 are for disabled), but the car terrace is nearby and plentiful if you have the 'Apcoa' app. The cafe has WiFi and good toilet facilities handy for the nearby beach, or a nice walk behind the dunes in the nature reserve areas. New addition to the morning menu of a mini breakfast which is nice. Coffee is always good.

Nice to have this facility in a relatively quiet location. Coffee smells great and food looks delicious, we have not tried it as yet as it was our first visit to the beach and took food. Nice ambiance and everyone was very friendly, watch out for serving / opening times and when car park charging starts, April I believe. Parking is limited and currently sand covers quite a bit of the parking area, get there early if the weather is good especially as we get into spring and summer months, there are also toilets here.

Me and my family all went for their special roll which has crispy bacon, a thick and tender sausage patty and some melted cheese and a hash brown. The wait time was incredibly short and the staff were friendly. Very good restaurant that should be recognised more. Also you can bring your dog here which is a nice touch.

Stopped here for a bacon roll and Latte after a very bracing 6 mile dog walk along the sea front to Sutton on sea and back. Served with a smile and very quickly. Bacon roll was beautiful, bacon cooked just right, hot and crisp Latte was very frothy and creamy too!

I stumbled upon this delightful coffee shop on the Lincolnshire sea coast, and it was a wonderful surprise! Tucked away in the middle of nowhere, The Vista at The Boatshed offers stunning roof terrace views of the sea—perfect for soaking in the coastal beauty while sipping your coffee. The best part? there is nothing more beautiful than the smile of the ladies behind the counter when she serves you coffee, even just before closing time. You can park right along the beach, making it super convenient to pop in and out. The atmosphere is ultra-modern, which adds a unique touch to the experience. And for all the dog lovers out there, this place is exceptionally dog-friendly! They even have a special menu just for dogs, which I think is a fantastic perk—though I’m not a dog owner myself, I can see how much fellow patrons would appreciate that. If you’re looking for a lovely spot to relax with great coffee and enjoy breathtaking views, you won’t want to miss this gem!
